The special thermal release tape after surface treatment is used as the base material.One side is coated with a layer of acrylic adhesive which gets foaming after being heated,and then it causes loss of adhesion and after drying,coated with the release liner to finish a stable press senstative adhesive tape.Great conformability,moderate adhesion,endurable stickness in adhesive layer,

and no residual glue.

Applications

MLCC external electrode processing load,thermistor and other electronic components cutting load.
